1) Set it to mute notifications

2) Set your alarm (I use another alarm app)

3) Go back to NightStandBold screen (don't know if this necessary)
4) NOT necessary to change system notifications

I tested for phone calls and email

Phone ringer rang

Email notification silent

Text notification (I have set up for missed call) silent, although did vibrate as set up by me
