My girl's iphone 4 says "waiting" on her latitude download for the past few days.  She recently received a replacement phone and has not been able to download the app.  She has the same problem with Pandora.  She couldn't remember her gmail account password so she opened a new account with her new name and is trying to install the apps with this new account.
