Last week I noticed voice search stopped working in Google Maps ("voice search can't connect"). Later I installed Google Search and discovered the microphone icon isn't even next to the search box. There's no way to record a voice search command. I wonder if something else on this phone has prevented the Google apps from accessing the mic. The mic works just fine. I can still make phone calls and record voice files. Any ideas? Many thanks!
