Hi,

 

I am trying to upload real music ringtones to my device, but when I do it comes up with the message 'unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped'.

 

It gives me the option to report, or click OK. I have reported several times, but I cannot find a way to solve this problem.

 

Can anyone help?
