Android File Transfer (OSX): How can I stop it from Auto-Starting on device connection?

Hey,

does anyone know how can I stop the Android File Transfer app from starting automatically when a device is connected to my Mac?

While developing I often disconnect and reconnect my devices (e.g. Galaxy Nexus, or Xoom) and I don't really want the Android File Transfer to start each time..it's quite annoying.

I hope someone can help :)
