Thanks J Murphy, I got off the call with another Verizon tech, and he was able to replicate the problem on his end too. He opened a ticket with Samsung's product team to have them look at it as well.
He said the same thing that the somehow the speakerphone is relaying another tone back into the system, tricking it by adding additional numbers in the conference bridge. The 2nd mic or the noise canceling mic should stop that, but it appears that it's not doing that. It seems that makes sense as well. So yes, I guess, in the mean time I will not use the speakerphone for the conference calls. |
