Did your phone conduct a large update download recently?

Tap on Menu > tap Settings > scroll to bottom to tap About Phone > tap System Updates > if a window appears with an option to Install, tap Install and wait several minutes. You may see an image of a green android standing outside a white box until the Google update has been installed.

After every Google update turn your Android devices off / on AND follow my steps at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/voice/kE0P8DkmKfo/BjFcAuen0-gJ for your PC or Macs so Google Products sync properly. On a Motorola RAZR, hold the volume down and power buttons together for 10-15 seconds to restart phone.
