How do I get rid of this situation that is causing me to get this message daily?

A long time ago I set something up somewhere in google that is causing me to get the following message every day. I do not need data feed related services; I just want to reset whatever I set that is causing the notification. The message always says (but for different dates, of course):
 
Google Merchant Center data feed file status on "ChangeLad​y.xml": No items inserted
No items inserted

I've checked out my merchants settings and see nothing that refers to "ChangeLady.xml". Since I don't know what I'm doing, please give me detailed instructions if you can help. Thank you!
