Categories: Products Feed Specification changes :

(1) be certain the shipping method has a check-mark checked
otherwise google will not apply the shipping -- also, be certain
that shipping is not in the feed for the item or shipping will not
be applied properly.

(2) the feed must be re-uploaded after any changes --
shipping is applied immediately on the dashboard after processing --
but may take 24-72 hours to be applied to all items within search.

(3) yes.

however, disapproval can have nothing whatever to do with a feed.

if the disapproval remains then that could mean a policy issue --
policy disapproval blocks cannot be directly changed by merchants.
