If you think you found a bug in Matrix, try the following troubleshooting steps before reporting the issue:

1) Clear your temporary internet files and cookies. See http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&cbid=-c7pd9irsvgcr&ctx=cb&answer=32050&src=cb for how to do this in many browsers.
2) Update to the latest version of your browser. See http://www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/answer.py?answer=175292 for how to do this with many browsers.
3) Try another browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer.
4) Update to the latest version of Adobe Flash at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
5) Disable any extensions or add ons that you may have recently added or updated.
