We have been warning of this for some time - even some notable 'legitimate' feedback / review sites use a form of coercion (they allow anything to be published up until the point that a business becomes a subscriber, then restrict / check / enable the business to take effective action once they are signed up).

We have seen two previous examples of the situation you describe, which is quite simply extortion.
