I've just updated to 6.7, and this makes no difference - rerouting does not work.  Maps knows where I am, and shows the arrow on the right road, but refuses to trigger a reroute.  Manually asking it to select alternative routes does cause it to generate new routes from my current location, but it's supposed to do this automatically.
