I am having this issue as well.  I have received 3 post cards all with the same PIN and keep getting a PIN Invalid error.  I didn't even see an option for a phone call but from reading this forum it sounds like it doesn't work.  Can you please help me?  I have several new customers who complain about being either diverted to my old address or are unable to find my correct location since the city and map pointer are wrong for my new address.
