Google Maps' custom maps are not searchable, Google removed that functionality back in 2009.

The URL of the images in the desktop view shows some funny encoding of the blank space character, I wonder if there is a problem with the use of blank spaces in the filename.
Try changing the filename avoiding using blank spaces and see if it solves the problem.
