I would like to know how to get the "Street View" feature with the possibility to put "Yellow Peg Man", in areas, of my country Malta?
How is it done/ where is one to apply/request (I mean to do the actual street filming in 360%?
Who asks for it to be done - Government / private enterprise?
What are the related costs like?

I am a keen traveler and through this feature I have previewed places I have traveled to.
I am sure my small Island home has so much to offer to foreigners and would like it to be available in street view, like so many others. 
How does one go about it?
