"Merging businesses based on the same (or close to same) addresses can be a Killer to a small business. If There are 4 dentists in 1 building and you merge the 3 good ones with the really bad one and he gets all the calls and clients from the others reviews and reputation."

Agreed. I'm trying to sort out the same exact issue with a dentist's office, and I haven't received any response to an earlier help post.  There must be some way around this -- if not, I hope there will be soon.
