Our office is in the same building as another company listed on Google Local, although in a different sector. The results have "merged" our listings so that our description appears but links to their website. When I try to edit the listing to remove all their details I can't seem to do this, as editing button then only shows our details in the back office, despite the fact that the "front end" shows a merged set of data. We losing a lot of traffic because of this error since searches for example looking for "solicitors wc1" see us in the page 1 map results, click on the listing - and are sentto their website. This seems to be an error caused by the address and postcode being exactly the same? I can't think of any other reason. But I can't get hold of Google to discuss and resolve this issue.
