Hi Sue - sorry this is happening to the business. Removing the shared fax number is a great first step. It will take a few weeks before we pick up the change in our clustering, so try to stick with it. Please don't delete the listing. That will likely cause more problems.

Also, I noticed that you have a shared URL http://www.billandsueferguson.co.uk/ which re-directs to http://www.billferguson.co.uk/

I'd like to get the separate business listing right, but which issue a redirect from bill & sue to bill? Perhaps you could use this common site as a landing page that gives users the option to select the desired site?
