Overall,  google maps navigation on android is one great product.  The only thing that baffles me is why doesn't the program default to the quickest route.  Frequently,  I would select a place to navigate to and the navigation program gives me a route with an estimated time.  If I look at route alternatives,  the alternatives are frequently faster.  It seems like such an unnecessary step.  Keep up the great work.
