Hello

I am wondering if it is possible to pause a recording of my track while i'm out cycling. For example say i have to stop in the middle of my circuit, i want to know if it is possible to pause the recording and continue on when i am ready? Is hitting the stop button the only option and starting a new recording when i get going again??
