google earth loads pretty damn slow too.. sit there waiting for it to download the images from it's server.. why doesn't it just let me cache them to the drive for later use? I go over some of the same terrain over and over.   The bing one works incredibly fast and has a lot of really close up stuff that google doesn't. I'll use that for now. Google maps itself.. scrolling seems to be a no go with blocky blurry loading that takes forever.. like it doesn't bother to cache anything anymore and just loads it all on the fly. How inefficient.
