I have just had  somebody on the Forum where I Post a Lot  and they Had a different display  problem(Installing a 3rd party Plugin) 

 I suggested  removing the Google Maps entry in Gear Settings   on Both Chrome & Internet Explorer and   Yes, It did work :-)

  It auto generates when its used next (Same as the Pre fetch file folder)

 Have a Timely Query about Google Gears :to the Support staff  Can  Google Maps and Gmail  be operated without Google Gears being in Place?  I personally would not like to trouble shoot that  if that was the case :-(
