I've been given a Google Grants account to manage, which is still at pre-approval stage as far as I can tell. I think but am not sure that it was submitted for approval but one ad was disapproved so the account didn't go live. I've got it pretty much ready to go now, but as I didn't submit the original application, how do I resubmit it for approval? Do I have to get the original person to submit it? They are a rather important and hard to contact board membe. Is there any way they can transfer this responsibility to me? It's been rumbling on, never quite getting launched, for ages now, largely because of this I think.
