OK, this is completely on the AdWords side. Certainly looks like something might have triggered a human review which can take a few days. Really surprised that it has taken a week though. Moving your mouse over the little message bubble in front of "Under Review" may give you some insight. If if doesn't, I would go ahead and call AdWords support.
