I initially logged into the main companies gmail account; nonp...@gmail.com.  Yet I was unable to submit the application because it says that I can't use a personal account.  So thinking this was the issue, I created a new gmail account, in...@nonprofit.org.  When using this account, it still gives me the same message saying I can't use it because its a personal account. 

What account do I use to log in?

At the same time it keeps saying the EIN has already been submitted, after fixing the formatting error (##-######).  How do I find this current submission related to this EIN?
