Non-profit with approved grant changing legal name - Need help

Our Google grant application was approved a few months ago. We would like to change the name of the organization. We are keeping the TAX ID, and 501C3 status. Just the name is going to change.

How shall we go about doing it for our Google Grant and Adwords account?  We do not need to re-apply for the Google grant, do we?
