The first link is the "old" process and the second link is the "new" process. As indicated within the new process, you do not need written approval anymore to promote the additional websites but I would highly recommend that you do give them the heads up (as you have) and to also be sure that any website you promote through your grant account has a clear connection to your organization. In other words, when a member of the grants team looks at the new website, they should be able to clearly identify the site as belonging to the organization that was originally approved for the grant.
