Hi,

I applied for eligibility for google grants, I was accepted, opened an adwords account, went through the whole adwords process, made my account, didn't fill in billing details - did everything as instructed. And My screen froze just as I pressed 'skip billing details'. The ad was sitting there when I pressed back on the broswer but I was taken out of the step by step wizard and I can't seem to submit it for review anywhere. I';ve tried calling 2 different numbers and I can't seem to email because I don't have an EIN (I'm not in the USA) and noone or nothing can seem to help me (even after an incredibly awful and frustrating 30 minutes with a support rep who wouldnlt listen and just tried to sell me more services).

 

Can anyone help?
