We are a  UK Google Grants grantee, we have just been admitted to GrantsPro, and we wish to access the free education edition of Google Apps, mainly so we can go to cloud based storage. The main pages i get to seem to indicate that it is still only US based non profits who can access it, however you never know if there is more to it- we only found out that ad words grants were available to UK non profits by accident, then had to really hunt to fin out how to get the $40k upgrade.

We're at a point where out IT systems desperately require us to go to cloud storage, and so we dont want to pay out if we can access this for free via google grants. In case it makes a difference, we would have about 13 system users- so easily under the 3,000 user threshold I've seen mentioned online!
