I have been a loyal Google Grants recipient for the past 4 years but Google's recent migration of Google Checkout to Google Wallet has screwed our organization royally and we are now unable to log into our seller merchant account. I have tried contacting customer service, but their foreign team keeps referring me to the same article on Google Apps migration (in 3 separate emails), even though I already migrated my accounts 6 months ago, and this has nothing to do with Google Apps. Now they are telling me that I can no longer access my Google Checkout seller account with my normal email address (which I have used to access this account for 5 years) because it has been transitioned to a Google Wallet account. Does anyone have a work around? This has been an absolutely terrible experience.
