Oh Ok - I must of misread. The bid is the issue at play here - have you checked out the "opportunities tab" that is located underneath the Google adwords logo when you log in? The system automatically generates keywords based on what you have in the account so you should be able to find good keywords to expand your list to get more impressions and clicks.
