South Africa and Africa have millions of neglected, abused and abandoned babies. The numbers are not an exaggeration and the 13 babies currently at The Lighthouse baby shelter and not even a drop in the ocean of babies. Im not a professional person who knows the in's and outs of getting organizations to donate or sponsor the babies. Are there any plans to open a Google Grants in South Africa?
