G4NP is short for Google for Nonprofits. All US-based organizations are required to be enrolled int he Google for Nonprofits program before being able to enroll in the individual products such as Google Grants. If your organization was approved for Google Grants over 6 months ago, (prior to the Google for Nonprofits program) but never activated your Grants account, then you will need to go ahead and enroll in the Google for Nonprofits program first, then once approved, submit your AdWords account for review and activation into the Grants product.
