On the iphone app for google+ there is a limit to how many pictures you can see uploaded from Google instant and also how many albums you can see.  There are also limits to how many photos you can upload (even the size recommended for web by picassa that is considered free).  I am trying to move all my photos over to be used by my phone by I have been turned off twice from uploading these "free storage" quality pics.  I am also not able to see all the albums or pics uploaded through the Google plus app.

Why is setup like this?  What is the point of having pictures online that I can't view through the app?
