Please privately +mention me via Google+ when your account seeing the issue is live again so we can investigate further.  We'll need those account specific details. 

And just to confirm, please try to uninstall and reinstall the G+ app on your phone and log in with that account to see if that helps.  My team would definiyely need confirmation that that did not resolve the issue.
