I am on a MacBook Pro using Google Chrome. When I do Google+ Hangout with friends I can see and hear everyone fine as long as they are using a computer. If my friend is on a mobile device (e.g., iphone) I can only hear them but can't see their video. Instead I see her Google+ profile picture only. (My friend can see and hear me just fine on her mobile device.) However, my other friends on computers are able to see the person on the mobile device just fine. So I thought maybe it could be my web browser. I've tested out Safari and Firefox. Nothing seemed to solve the problem for me. Is there a setting option to allow video for mobile device users to come through on my computer?
