Thank you for your feedback.  Since the broadcast will be recorded and saved to the email account you've logged in with, you can give any email address admin access to your Page so as to take advantage of the Page's follower count.  

**You do not need to create a new Google+ profile for the email account you're logging in with if your company already has one.  The email address would be for logging into the +Page and establishing the YouTube channel only.
