I also have the same problem, it did not notify me that they would be uploading pics from my phone syncing it to my google account on google+ and I hate it.  They kep saying that there is a setting were you can DISABLE Instant Upload but I don't see it ANYWHERE.  I don't have an Inasnt Upload option page anywhere .  PEOPLE AT GOOGLE PLEASE HELP
