Thanks for the quick reply Jedi,

  However the app is up to date. I've checked several times. However you are 100% correct in the fact that there are for some reason two places to disable Instant Upload. And I understand the point of Instant upload. I can see how it would be a great service to someone. However, some people don't want their photos on the internet. Private or not. Servers and accounts get hacked all the time. Even if I were to delete my photos off the site, Google still has them. The only reason why I know that is when I delete a file by mistake my hosting company asks me what file I need restored. And they are no where near the Billion dollar corporation Google is. I'm not actually implying that Google as a company is going to sell my photo's or video's. But like I said before, things happens. Accounts get hacked and company's have disgruntled employees all the time. I'd just rather not have all that. And being as I never have used Google+ until it started uploading my photos to Google's servers I never opted-in anything. And the fact that there are two places you have to configure to turn it off is just poor programming. I did locate the sync setting and will let you know if that stops it. Thanks again for your reply.
