sorry, let me explain better. I was in the settings menu and my phone says "Instant Upload is OFF". Clicking that brings me to Accounts and Sync and google+ sync under my one account is ON.
Worse yet, I can't upload videos manually as it only uploads a screenshot(how lame as all my videos, the true moment to capture is 10 seconds in).
