I really started enjoying my "staying" on the social network, but the only problems that I encountered so far are the following ones (in bold).

Me and my friend were trying to call each other via Google Plus. I was using my computer (MacBook, OSX Lion) with WIFI connection and she was using her Android Galaxy S Plus. I just added her to my Friends circle today (and she did the same). But for some reason, I can't see her in the chat bar. It also says that she's not online, while she was!

So we tried to video-call each other and so I invited her in a hangout. During the call, we could see each other, the problem is she could hear me but I couldn't hear her. Is that normal?

So I just turned my computer off and grabbed my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.1) and tried to make a call from it (with WIFI connection).

For some weird reason I couldn't! In "Messages" there isn't any video-call button! Why?

(Yes, I updated my firmware AND app, but it still doesn't work!)
