You cannot separate your Google+ Profile from your Google+ Page. You must have a Google+ Profile, in the name of an individual, in order to create and maintain a Google+ Page in the name of a business.
As it stands now, your Google+ Profile (that is linked to your forum post) is at risk of suspension. I would encourage you to change it to a personal name. Depending on your needs, you may choose to use "Edit Profile" and change the setting for "Profile Discovery" so that the profile itself is not so easily "found" by others. This is helpful for some users but not necessary for others.
There should be no expectation that a Google+ Page will automatically rank (in the Google Search results) for its name. As +Gaurav has mentioned, you need to get firmly established in Google+ in order to have your Google+ Page be more visible in the Google Search Results.
If users are encountering your Google+ Profile in the Google Search Results, when searching for your business name, it is most likely because you are using the same name for the Google+ Profile as for the Google+ Page. You do need to change the name on the Google+ Profile (to prevent suspension) but that will probably not result in users finding your Google+ Page in the Google Search results. That is going to take time and effort.
Other business owners on Google+ are great resources for how to get the most out of your Google+ Page. Try searching through the search box in Google+ for topics of interest. In addition, you might want to follow the Google+ Your Business page. You will likely find others through the comments on posts there who may be of assistance to you.
If you haven't already done so, I would encourage you to check out the Google+ Help Center section on "Pages" for further insight into the differences between Google+ Profiles and Google+ Pages, as well as what you can and cannot do with a Google+ Page. Posting in this forum as the Google+ Page is one of those things you can't do. However, you do not have to link your Google+ Profile to the forum. You can change this in the "My membership" settings of the forum. You can access the button for those settings from the main forum page.
