Rob, looking at what you sent over, it seems I would have to log into G+ and do a hangout with the account used for the YouTube account. I guess there is not a exact way to do it from a G+ page that you set up aside from your main account. 

Sonia, although your suggestion does get me out of that infinite loop, when I try to enable the HOA from the GameTyrant G+ and set it to go to a different Google account (the GameTyrant YT page, not my own YT), it instead only allows me to do a HOA from the GameTyrant G+ page --> My personal YouTube page. Therefore, I am back in the same situation I was to start with. 

There really should be a easy way for G+ Pages that are not personal pages, but the ones you set up aside from your main profile, to have a HOA go to any YouTube account. Especially when you have multiple people managing that G+ page.
