i received a message from facebook telling me my account had been comprimised - so i have been applying new passwords to all my accounts. i was careful to document each new password. well, i seem to have made a mistake with gmail. i couldnt get in. didn't know what to do and no teenagers are around to get help. there was a msg on gmail that said i could create another account. I understood that all my messages would be moved over. didn't happen. now i have a new name and new password.  i want my old account. i have had it for a very long time. can you help me please?
