We're aware of an issue with Hangouts on Air in which the new YouTube features (i.e. simultaneous streaming, automatic uploading of public videos when the hangout ends, etc.) are unavailable. You'll notice that the original version of Hangouts on Air is available instead. We're working on a fix for this and appreciate your patience.
