Here's screenshot of the "can't create event" message. This has always happened.
And yes I've tried party mode on my brother's galaxy s2 as well and it doesn't upload to event.
I'm starting to think it's a problem with samsung phones, because hangout doesn't work for me either on galaxy w and galaxy s. But this is mentioned in another forum post.
