Regarding Google Docs - I read where there should be an option to prevent the download of Spreadsheet Files from the List of files by right mouse clicking and picking the option from near the bottom of what comes up - I give other View Only access and Protect the sheet yet the previously mentioned option is never viewable to me and downloads of the files are happening - I am using Windows 7, Vista and XP on multiple lap tops and using Internet Explorer 9 and Google Chrome browsers without success in finding that feature among those offered. Is there anyone out there who can help me by telling me what I am doing wrong or is this something that should be there as I believe that just isnt't - Thank You
