My boss wants to use Hangouts on a weekly basis as a conferencing tool. It is my task to make that happen, which at first seemed simple enough, that is until I found out how many people would be in attendance. Hangouts are limited to 9 people unless you air it out. Airing it out means it is public domain - any passerby can sit in on our discussion of internal affairs. I can't have that.
Because I do not know enough people to do a practice run and mess with the buttons, I have no way of knowing whether I can limit the On Air function to members in certain circles only. So I guess my question is, what (if any) are the privacy settings for Hangouts On Air?
Again, my scenario: 3 presenters giving key notes to a closed group of 50 select people. How can I make that happen?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
