This seems to be a widespread problem but I have yet to find a way to fix it or any information on when a fix can be expected. Google+ app on Android rarely posts a notification to my status bar, seems to do it randomly or only when I load the program. Other times it will send me a notification on the status bar that has long since been cleared already. Does anyone have any news on when this issue will be fixed or what might be causing it? Love the app otherwise, works really well in all other respects and am already getting a great deal of use out of it.
The notification thing, however, is maddening. Twitter client for Android also stopped sending notifications once upgraded last week, though all other notifications for email etc work fine. I am hoping this is taken care of soon as it really makes using the mobile version of the service inconvenient. |
