I am in Yorba Linda, CA and have a static IP address with forward and reverse lookup that points to the same domain name. I would think Google would use 'whois' results but
it is not.  My 'local' results are for Los Angeles (about 40 miles away). Considering the traffic I only drive there if I have to.
